Amazing - A 49-year-old Spanish lady has claimed ownership of the Sun, and will charge a fee for people to use it

It sounds crazy, and the notary Angeles Duran consulted in the matter thought the same thing, but her arguments had him questioning the possibility of someone actually becoming the owner of the burning star. There is an international agreement which states that no country may claim ownership of a planet or star, but it says nothing about individuals. An American was quick to pronounce himself owner of all planets and the moon, but he forgot to mention the sun, so she?s now claiming possession. The document issued by the notary public declares Duran to be the "owner of the Sun, a star of spectral type G2, located in the centre of the solar system, located at an average distance from Earth of about 149,600,000 kilometres".

Ok what's her address I'm going to file a class action lawsuit against her on behalf of all those who have suffered sunburn and skin cancer. She has done nothing to protect us from the suns harmful rays

I own the universe. And everything in it. Including her. And I have proclaimed this solar system available for public use until such time as I deem. I do not recognize her claim.

So she's going to charge everyone on this planet for a fee? Well she's gonna be one heck of a billionaire.

Next thing you know people are going to bid for the next closest star, about 200 light years away. Capitalism to the max. Actually I have an idea, she can't charge for UVA and UVB rays which is seperate from visible light.
