I am on a swim team but I am curious
swim team is good for ur arms and maybe a little for stamina. track on the other hand is great for ur buns and thighs. well not buns but all of the leg and also builds up stamina. but i like swim better from the 2

Swimming exercises all your muscles and is low impact.I would say swimming.
Depends on what you enjoy doing. Swimming uses more muscles and probably has less injuries.
