he has hurt me badly...put mw down everything chance he gets...he holds me back...he even kicked me out of his house and replaced me and my sister with two girls our age

Parents aren't perfect and a lot raise their kids like their parents raised them. It's not right that he treats you badly, yet disowning your father will not change the facts. Learn to forgive him and appreciate the time you have with your mom. We never know when something will happen with our family.

We can't answer without any information on the situation. I can tell you it may not be the best choice simply because it's so out of the norm and you are doubting yourself. Maybe it's not the best way to fix this.

No matter what happens in your relationship you can not cease to be related. Maybe, just put some space between you, be respectful on your end, and give it time. Not too much time though. Then later meet for lunch and try talking through whatever is going on. If this is a physically abusive relationship get help outside of your home. if not, take time out then get past it. Do you live at home with your dad?

That decision can only be yours. If you have an abusive father, sure
If you're angry cause you got grounded, no. Nobody knows what your life is like so you can't really get good info. Disowning my sperm donor at age 14 was one if the better things I did.
