What is a good Christmas cookie (or cookies) to give as a gift to office associates?

Report as

Put some peanut butter in between 2 ritz round crackers. Dip into melted CHOCOLATE almond bark. Put on waxed paper to set and cool. You just won't believe how good these cookies are-and SO easy!!! People can't get enough of them. Add the amount of peanut butter to taste, but not too little and not too much.

I was just reading about this recipe! I will give it a try it since you recommend it :-) I was also considering fudge, but many say it can be challenging? Thanks.

Love these make them every year! If you aren't a fan of Almond bark can do with your favorite brand of chocolate chips, just add 1/4 stick of canning wax (available in the food preservation section of your grocery or mega mart)...melt it in with the chocolate chips and you get a nice shiny finish to your chocolates!

I love to do dipped goodies for Christmas...Martha Washington's or Dipped pretzels...If not a fan of dipping, Rum balls, or Orange balls! My Great aunt made a great orange ball that was essentially coconut, orange juice concentrate and confectioners sugar...can't remember the recipe exactly, but they are great!

If you live in New York you should go to Carlo's Bakery, cuz they R AWESOME. Or if you don't there, then a nice, soft sugar cookie, with fondut all around it, and a fun design, like a xmas tree, fatman(aka santa), presents, anything christmas-like, enjoy :)

Honey gingerbread cookies are just classic! For example:
http://www.yummly.com/recipe/Honey-Gingerbread-Cookies-Martha-Stewart-195363?columns=4&position=8/36
You can decorate with icing or just cut in funny forms. And they last a long time and get tastier after a week or two. If they are too crispy, you can put a slice of apple in the box.
