If I wanted to make an ice bar without actually having it carved out of a block, is there a way that I could use dry ice instead?
I thought about an ice bar for a reception, but it's a few hundred grand, so I came up with an idea. Is it a good look to put a sort of dug out or groove in front of the bartender, but far away from the guest, and fill it with dry ice to give the illusion of the cold? Or, is this dangerous? I have a scientific background so i know the hazards of close contact, but dry ice and drunks...hmmm?
