Keep your chin up, if you can! Remember...whatever you are feeling today...there will be a little truckdriver thinking of you while I stroll along on the highways, and hoping you'll be doing ok.

Most people find themselves depressed for many reasons. I guess the best advice one could give is to try not to worry so much about whatever is going on in your life. My father told me a while ago that 99% of the things we worry about NEVER happen! It know it cliche but it's as simple as "don't worry...be happy"! I wish you the best in overcoming your depression!

Hi Melanie. I suffer from depression, have all my life. There are several things that I do to feel better. The trick is to do them even though I never feel like it...I always feel better once I do them, ie. going for a walk, exercise video, praying, reading the bible, trying to think of someone else, cleaning (I really hate that one) or talking to someone. I hope that helps.

I know exactly how you feel. When my parents divorced three years ago I was pretty depressed and lonely. I still am. :)
