How can I get muscles if Im skinny?

I want to get muscles but I don't have any fat to burn. I eat whatever I want, but I don't gain weight. What can I do?

2. Eat Like A Gorilla
3. Sit And Watch Tv For An Hour
4. Go To The Gym And Work Like Crazy
5. Repeat Step 1 Over And Over

Step 1: Work/ Live at McEdes (McDonalds)
Step 2: Wait 4 a month while having a diet that includes the fast food restaraunt's junk.
Step 3: Burn all the fat into muscle.
Step 4: Become a Vegetarian to recover from eating all the crap :l

OR MAYBE JUST EAT A LOT OF PROTEIN!!!!!

Ectomorph (you) -Natural fast metabolism that burns fat easily.
If i was you id add more meat to your diet, more oatmeal, milk, eggs, and just proteins in general.
Eat more often, add heavy snacks, peanut butter sandwich help, and a glass of chocolate milk.
You will gain more if you add excercize, workouts that create volume, like push ups, pull ups, benchpressing (that is gym stuff though), and Heavy weights, low reps with correct movements at the gym create mass.
After workouts, drink chocolate milk with peanut butter sandwich or a complete meal.
Pastas are good also, meatballs, etc.
Know what youre doing though, dont get injured, look more about this, if youre young and new to all of this, get a trainer, and organize yourself.
Alot of water, no soda, and REST.
Muscles grow in the kitchen and in bed, not in the gym.

Go to the gym . Lift weights . Do muscle work outs. Just because you have no fat doesn't mean you can't work out and get muscles

ok first u dont have to get fat to get muscle you have to work out go run a mile this is what i do first 40 cetups the spred yo legs streach then do 10 push ups then 40 cetups do that every day then like practice doing waits

Eat a lot so you get heavier and then get on a workout like every other day or have a workout schedule
