How can you lose weight quickly and easy without having an eating disorder?
I really want to lose weight because first of all my mom lectures me a lot on losing my stomach and a few pounds and also I have a wierd body shape that makes it look really wierd if I am just a bit overweight. It's really hard for me to stop eating so much and I just don't know what to do! I also feel really bad because all of my friends are really skinny and stuff. I don't want to have anorexia or bulimia though! i also love skiing and running but they dont seem to be helping. i also have a really bad metabolism. help! please!
