It would take some extensive modifications, your going from front to rear wheel drive, lots of frame work! Basically you'll need a totally new frame to do it right!
Honestly its not worth it! Either go with a supercharger on the V6 in it, if that's what it has now, or at least scrap the V8 plan!

You can put a Chevy 350 engine into a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am. However, you will be required to take your vehicle to a mechanic shop so that the necessary adjustments can be made in order to put the engine.
