How do i get my muscles to stop hurting?! please read below

i did an intense workout yesterday... its called like insanity or something program and my gym made me do it for a full hour, now my whole legs and my butt muscles hurt... it sounds weird yes i know. ive tried taking advil and the pain hasn't gone away... i heard its acid build up in my muscles. what is it and what can i do?

Your muscles need to get used to exercising like this more often. You can either do this workout more often or just wait but either way your muscles will eventually stop hurting.

take a hot bath and use a heatpack thing or a cold pack and put it on your sore muscles. Take advil

You worked out YESTERDAY. This is what happens when you work out hard, you get sore. No pain, no gain. Stop being such a sissy. .

Try stretching out your muscles a bit. It won't alleviate the pain but it will help in the long run.

I used to take a hot shower and an anti-inflammatory.
