A lot of research has shown having well balanced meals averaging around the normal 2000 calories per day works even without engaging in any exercise. The key being balanced meals!

My older brother was a bit overweight a couple years ago. Obviously a worked out and stuff, but the biggest was cutting back on snacking. He rarely had snacks, and when he did it was carrots or celery. Now he's a pretty thin guy

Eat as much as you want but make sure it's healthy food....avoiding sugar and oil will help a lot
But do not starve urself

There's this Jillian micheals DVD called 30 day shred, only 20 minutes. It's really good, and it works. I lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks

Sensible eating and sensible exercise. It works best if you use both because eating less can cause your body to slow down how it burns food. Exercise turns your metabolism back up again.

All you have to do is watch what you eat control the amount of food you intake and no carbs after 7 o'clock
