any berry smoothie w/o sugar)) If you really want to burn some calories I'd suggest u drink some protein shake cause it makes you more active and less tired.))) I like Almased)) but you can get any, preferably natural
A good smoothie is a strawberry banana smoothie. It has a cup of sliced strawberries, 2 sliced banana's , a half a cup of orange juice, a half a cup of apple juice, and you can add a tea spoon of honey if you want. Then you blend it on high for about 3-5 minutes or until it is very smooth and delightful. Then you drink, lose fat , and most importantly enjoy the taste. Thank you.
