Target; Walmart does not treat or pay their employees well. WALmart has been to court for sexual discrimination in not promoting women to managerial positions, making staff work more than 8-hour Day without breaks or paying overtime, and paying their staff such low wages that they are eligible for state run subsidized health care. So, you might be paying lower prices, and Walmart is making profits, but the employees and state dollars are making it all happen.
I like both but, I think I lean more towards Target now. Only because whenever I go to any to the 3 Wal-Mart closest to me there are kids running around unsupervised by their parents, it's always a mess especially around the holidays and back to school, and at times self checkout lanes are locked, there's only 2/3 cashiers working out of like 9 lanes-or how ever many lanes Wal-Mart has. Whenever I went to shop at Target, i've never seen that, it stays pretty neat and isn't so hectic
