What can I do to make my hands soft after a hard day of work?
A really good thing that will help quickly is, this step is optional; but you'll have better results, take some sugar or salt, and run your hands under warm water. Leave your hands wet and rub a bit of the sugar or salt on them, they will act as an exfoliator. Rinse with warm water and soap. Then before you go to bed apply some vaseline or your favourite lotion, all over your hands. Slather it on for better results, like use a little more. Put on some cotoon gloves, like the basic little winter gloves and sleep. Wake up and your hands will have absorbed the vaseline or lotion. Rinse and you will have amazingly soft hands. I used this trick, and it worked for me!
Cornhuskers hand lotion
Bag balm ; really it used by dairymen.
wash ur hands with honey
petroleum jelly is best option before going to bed.

Try Kiel's! It really makes your hands soft, especially there hand lotion!

You can wash your hands with lotion, honey, or I prefer sand because after you wash your hands and dry them completely, just rub your hands with sand and it will be soft! Trust me, it works!! :D
do the washes of ur clothes
Aloe helps. So does lanolin. (Ask any shepherd.)Best thing, though, if you can manage it, is get some good gloves to keep the skin on your hands covered and dry while working. Then there will be less damage to repair.

If you can, wear rubber gloves while working. Afterward, LOTS OF LOTION. Also, if possible, dry skin remover 2 or 3 x,s a week. I've seen home remedies act as an exfoliant, (dry skin remover).
well you need some lotion but it also depends on what you do at work and if you can wear some rubber gloves and that should help
Do the following, without having to buy any expensive moisturizing products:1. Drink more water daily2. When in contact with soap / detergent, use protective gloves as much as you can.3. Apply olive oil or baby oil on hands.4. Apply moisturizer for "extra dry" skin on hands at night before you go to bed - our skin works hard at night (repair) when we are asleep.5. Apply moisturizer specially for hands - "extra dry" skin at night before you go to bed - our skin works hard at night (repair) when we are asleep.
