How can I get my mom to chill when she has menopause without the help of medicine?
She is 52 yrs. old and has been having anger issues every time her menopause kicks in. She overreacts when something goes a little wrong or ESPECIALLY when the dog has an accident in the house. She'll yell at the top of her lungs and spank the heck out of the dog and threatens to take the dog to the pound, but my dog is starting not to help it. She is a 12 yr. old female yorkie and knows perfectly well not to go potty in the house. She's just getting old is all, but my mom thinks of it as some sort of conspiracy, like, that the dog is doing it on purpose, but she's not. She's just old, but my mom overreacts and doesn't think so. Also, my mom just snaps at us and says stuff to us that she shouldn't even say for no reason. She's done other stuff too, but I'm just gonna focus on these things mostly,
How do I get her to chill without her having to take medication for this (though I've suggested it, but she doesn't want to)? Thanks.
