Yes. There are 30,000 different denominations of Christianity, and many of them disagree on even the most important points of doctrine.

How can there only be one god if everyone sees the god in a different way and everyone is correct just because they believe?
Report as
Think of one person you know. What you see them as can be completely different from what someone else sees. You may see someone whose funny while others may think hes quiet. No one is more or less correct because it is simply how they feel.

Yeah...when I miscarried with my first pregnancy, I had been praying and felt peace about the whole thing. I knew God's hand was in it and it was okay. When, I went to church, some ladies took me aside and wanted to pray for me. They brought me in a private lounge and they wanted me to yell to satan and rebuke him for my losing my baby. This was not my perspective at all and the whole thing was very uncomfortable for me. I realized that day, that even at the same church, we can all see things a bit differently. I know they mean well but.....lol

Even if God and satan did exist, sorry but i doubt that they do, i find it interesting that people assume that satan is also omnisciet and omnipresent and can cause every bad thing to happen just as God causes every good thing.

yeah..exactly. And, I'm not one to blame satan for everything. lol And, I believe God also puts us through tests to build character. He allows bad things to happen ...but to us, we may call them "bad" but our ways are not Gods ways. God always has good in mind. And, He can turn bad things into good. Therefore, we cannot worry as we do but learn to trust. It's not always easy because we are so finite and can only see what's directly in front of us. Can't see into the future, etc. This is where you always hear the word "faith" come in with believers. Having a hope when we can't see tomorrow. :)
