In Missouri, can a person (in this case the victim) see the report of a crime committed many years ago? Online or by an in-person request?
By report I mean what the victim/police wrote down following the crime. I guess you could call it the "formal statement"? I was the person filing the report and I remember every detail, but I was wondering if the report is still accessible after over a decade. If it helps, the incident occurred in Fair Grove, Missouri though I don't believe it ever went to court, I was too young to remember.
