It is caused by anxiety and stress, lightheadedness, Vertigo, ear problems, stroke, motion sickness, a sudden drop in blood pressure. When you spin around you get dizzy because the fluid in your ears is also spinning around and stimulating little hairs that let your brain know that youre spinning. Then when you stop tge syntripical force still makes the fluid spin still stimulate the haors so your brain still thinks you are spinning.
