Is my sodium level low? ( please read details )

I usually don't add salt to anything. When I ate some chicken and rice casserole with salt on it I was all OHHHH SALT! ( in a good way ) There was additional salt next to the pot which made me think there was a right amount of salt in the pot. By this information, would you recommend me to eat more salt in my daily diet.

Your heart needs sodium and potassium to keep it running. Too much sodium is not good and neither is too much potassium.
Their is no way of telling how much salt you intake but you lose it when you sweat. There is a lot of sodium in some of the foods you eat....esp if they are processed foods. I doubt you have anything to worry about.... but if overly concerned, see your physician and get your blood taken for proper testing.

Read labels and get the daily recommended 2400 mg of sodium.

I guess it's good enough. Salt can be in many foods that you don't think you don't have salt. Kudos for being aware of it!
