How can I fight the urge to eat?

I wanna lose weight and only eat cucumbers and drink water but I find myself tempted to eat tons of good food!

Here is a list of negative calorie or zero calorie foods you can also add besides cucumbers :) Don't starve yourself to lose weight, but all that lost weight will pack back on when you stop dieting. Best to do it a healthy way so you keep it off.

You should add more protein and fiber into your diet. It keeps you fuller longer and will keep your blood glucose levels stable so you will not have the urge to eat unhealthy/fattening foods. Also herbal teas (such as Chamomile, Green, and Earl Grey) can curb hunger.

If that's you in the picture, dear, you don't need to lose weight. Next time you go for a check up at your doctor, ask him if your weight is right for you, and if it isn't ask him what to do. "Over-dieting" can slow your metabolism down and make you even more likely to gain weight.

Josie, I'm telling you, you don't need to lose weight! Please understand, if you only eat cucumbers and water you will die slowly. First, you will become weak. Then, your skin will become translusent. If you eat lots of healthy stuff and exercise, you will maintain a perfect weight.
