How to lose a few pounds?
I am 5"7 and weigh 118 pounds. I know this is not overweight, and is in fact normal, but I want to lose a few pounds. My arms look chubby, my face looks like it still has baby fat, and I don't like my body frankly. I jog for thirty minutes, run for ten, and do exercises for another thirty (plus a sport for another thirty) every other day. And I haven't lost any weight. I don't eat many sugar foods (I will have them every now and then, but just as an occasional treat) and tried to do a diet (certain amount of calories each day) but nothing works. I am not trying to obtain a crazy ideal, just trying to lose a few pounds. Any suggestions? : ) (please do not comment stating I don't need to lose any weight. I know I am healthy, I just want to feel a little better about myself ^^)
