You can do lots of things to calm yourself down. You can count from ten to one slowly. You can sing a song in your head, read a book, go scream in a pillow, talk to your best friend on a cell phone about the problem, watch t.v. , listen to soft music, take a walk or ride somewhere, exercise, or take slow breathes. My favorite is to take a bubble bath. It relaxes me and takes the stress away.
ha, yeah, I'm bipolar, so when I get mad, I get crazy mad. but I always calm down within and hour or two. I clean/organize things, that way it doesn't hurt anyone and it benefits me. I also just sleep. that helps. I also paint my nails or fix my hair. things like that help me to.

well what i do, i listen to music usually the kind that i like. turn away from whatever caused you to get angry. then take slow breathes in. see i have anger management so that does help me a lot. and then you should try joining a MMA(fighting) class, ive done that was well, and i have a punching bag and i practice that and trust me, that HELPS ALOOOTT!!!
i like telling my girlfriend how much i appreciate her..it really calms me down. if that doesnt work..i show up at her door step with a piano and listen to her play sweet music to me...shes so good at playing the piano, ill give you her card because i know deep down in my heart that she is going to become famous one day. hope this helps :)))
