I use Noxzema. It's a face cream that you rub all over your face then wash it off

clean/wash your face 'never use soup' only face cleans made for face washing and put a dab of neosporain on pimple before bed help it come to a head and clear ups much faster! but only put on pimples not whole face.

finding a good face cream at night can help too.. like a (st ivs face cream.. all thir brands are very good and effictive;)

st ivs also have safe and body cleanser to remove dirt!

Preparation H cream. Not The ointment you have to make sure you get the cream! I know it sounds crazy and no its not a joke!! It works better than most medicine you can bye at the store. put it on a just washed face at bed time and when you wake up just wash with warm water. you will be absolutely shocked at how much it helps just in one night! Preparation H calms red inflamed skin skin and a zit its also red inflamed skin. I swere you will not be disappointed!!
