Yep. It was an old Nextel phone made for construction workers. My buddy worked for Nextel and had filmed me taking hockey slap shots with the phone against a brick wall. Little dents and an occasional piece of plastic broke off. Phone always worked.

Nope. Before smart phones. That was a fun day smacking the phone around my apartment though.

I have many more face to face conversations the phone calls
I travel a great deal..
agree the art of conversation has suffered though
