What are some ideas of changing my health habits?

I have some extra body fat that I want to reduce. and I want to goon a slight diet. what are some ideas. I don't want to change my habits to much or really stress over it but im going to start doing more exercises like push ups and sit ups. I'm 13 weight around 150ish and my height is 5'3"

Push ups an sit ups won't reduce body fat it will build muscle under the fat and make you look bigger..

During meals, only eat until 80% full. Don't eat in between meals. But if you're hungry, eat something healthy. Don't eat junk food or candy. Stop drinking soda. If bored and want to eat for fun, chew on ice. Do cardio and muscle training. :D

First thing in the morning. After brushing, but before breakfast, do some pushups, squats, sit ups, and jumping jacks. Not a bunch, two sets of each. I want to get your blood flowing, and break a slight sweat. This will get your metabolism going, burning more calories for the day.
