Being anorexic is mostly a mental state like when someone thinks they're "fat" and they're really a size 2 or something. I took out A LOT of carbs (for me carbs was ALL I ever ate). I also cut down on milk. Pretty much if you stay away from processed foods, you'll be ok. Plus, it ends up being better for your wallet as well. I did this exercise video called "slim in 6." You move up in stages and you just need bands for the second level and up. I lost a lot of weight with it.
its not about being thin its about being HEALTHY. Being thin can cause problems to your body that in extreme cases lead to death. Eat healthy, if you dont go to a gym go onto fitness.com they have some excersizes you can do if you just have dumbells, sleep well

just eat healthy you have to exercise just not strenuously (you will lose your butt n chest js)eat veggies but dont cut out a nutrient you need all of them fat vitamins water protein fiber carbs and minerals
remember a handful is a cup or try eating half of what you would normally eat but don't forget breakfast is important and a snack in between meals eat light for lunch and eat supper don't eat 2hours prior going to sleep so your food has enough time to digest.
