What are the side effects of Zoloft?

Because I think there's no like cancer risk but something about it going through your liver or something like that.

Zoloft is is an antidepressant used to modify serotonin levels in the brain. People with low serotonin levels may experience psychological disorders including major depression, anxiety, and panic disorders. Zoloft side effects include drowsiness, nausea, mental confusion, insomnia, hallucinations, and thoughts of suicide. Zoloft has also come under controversy for its deadly connection to newly born infants.

any drug can damage yer liver,zoloft is bad in other ways

No "any drug" will not damage your liver. Some medications are metabolized by your kidneys, not liver. Zoloft is a safe medication. For most people the benefits far outweigh the small risk of side effects.
