How can I avoid being an insecure, emotional mess when I am PMSing.

Do I need to change my mindset, or is there something else I can do? I really harm my relationships and self esteem when my hormones go all weird.

Um... Apparently it's that time of the month for someone? Anyway, I don't think you can. I mean, you're a woman, and you go through that. You can't help yourself. And if the people you're having a relationship with can't understand that, then, well then you should just kick their arses. If it's your boyfriend, then obviously he doesn't want a woman. If it's your mom, then she doesn't want a daughter. They should be understanding about the whole deal.

don't they make pills for you all to take then? take some of those and exercise more, sleep more. idk, that is an uneducated guys answer =)
