some of my husbands friends are made fun of and joked about because they are in their mid 30's, I will play with my 9 yr old son, but it can be addictive. Make sure the games are not interfering with normal responsibilities in life. Staying up till 3 am is not healthy, ignoring your family members, and if it makes your mood change, you need to turn off the control panel, and take back your life.

Never. If you do nothing but play video games then now would be the answer. If you work and have your life together then games are a good trip away from reality. I work with doctors in their 50's and 60's that love playing games and they are among some of the happiest people I know.
that depends on the type of game it is an how bad u like it ???!!! an it also depends on when u decide to quite. u never too old to quite video games just saying .it all depends on the user and what he thinks is a good time to qiute or u just need to sell it so u have more money to buy more stuff u really need an use around the home.or u just decide to give it to your little kids.
Im a gamer of almost 20 years. I don't really play video games as much as i used to when i was say 12 or 13. However games coming out are just works of art, just as the background music and other sound components are. Video games have become part of culture with references in movies, tv, music, ect. There is really no age restrictions or limits to when you have to definitely stop playing. Some people are right on not letting it interfere with your life. I never have and i will keep on playing. Power to the players.
If you feel you should quit, then whenever you please. However, there is a fine line between gaming and letting the gaming interfere with your personal or social life, usually by a wide margin. If there is no or almost no interference then you should be fine, continue playing!
