How do i tell a boy i like him without actually telling him i like him?

ok so i like my friend and my friends are pretty sure he likes me back but i cant tell but he looks at me a lot and he smiles when i touch him and he kind of picks on me in a friendly/flirty way...basically what im trying to say HELP ME PLEASE!
