Creole Seasoning by Tom Cacheres Its amazing and can go on just about anything as a substitute for salt. I put it on sandwiches, popcorn, just about anything to give it that little kick. or eat buttery popcorn with hot fries. freaking delicious
I use Pam olive oil spray instead of butter (tastes great and way healthier) and then sprinkle a bit of curry powder. Plain salt is generally not fine enough to stick (movie theaters use extra fine salt), so I use bouillon powder (vegetable or whatever you have on hand) instead...it is really salty and sticky. Sounds weird but works really well!
