What should I wear?

I have a concert in band on the 20th and we have to look nice, no jeans, t-shirt, or tennis shoes. I don't like dressing up that much so what should I wear? I was thinking of a skirt but idk what shirt I would wear. Help?

Wear something fancy but not too fancy. Like the skirt I like that idea and you can wear a nice shirt that looks good with it

A nice button down shirt or a light weight sweater.

It is grey with black butterflies, I could pick a different though cause I don't really like it..
