In order to lose weight you must eat, you must create healthy habits to create a fast and good metabolism that will make you lose weight naturally, and bring results that will last. How do you improve your metabolism? Well, you must eat more often, metabolism is like a fire, you need to give it wood so that it keeps burning. So instead of 3 big meals a day, have 3 small meals, but 1 snack between these meals. Fruits (apples, oranges, grapes, watermelon, pears, peaches), almonds, yogurt, jello, cereal without milk, soda/oatmeal crackers, oatmeal, and much more stuff. Eliminate fast foods, fried foods, soda, alcohol, or any bagged food with weird chemical ingredients-especiall *corn syrup*. Eat alot of veggies, meat, and a ton of water! Water helps your body function better, it's refreshing, taste great and is good for you. Sleep well, a well rested body is a well working one.
