Meat, fish, eggs, cheese, and certain veggies. Some people mistakenly assume any veggie is ok but this is not true. Some vegetables like corn, peas, and carrots are actually very high in carbs. It's best to always check the labels on everything you eat, you might be surprised by what is in your food. Also, some carbs are ok in moderation, like brown rice or wheat pasta and whole wheat bread but make sure labels say 100% whole wheat.
Foods that have zero carbs in them are : cheese, meats, fish, but watch out veggies/fruit have carbs in them. They're very healthy to eat so don't avoid them out of your diet just because they have some carbs in them.
