If you're looking to get a tighter stomach, cardio is always the answer. Some people think that doing only core workouts will get rid of belly jiggle, but the truth is that you need to get your body to sweat and burn the fat = cardio, and biking will help, but I would encourage doing more active workouts too - meaning, you need to mix it up. If your body gets into a rhythm of only 30 mins of bike, it won't have as great of a result as doing maybe 3 days a week of bike and the other days going for a jog, kickboxing, pilates, yoga, volleyball, basketball, swimming - ACTIVE!! Keep your body guessing. Also - I'm a huge advocate for women lifting weights. I'm not talking about becoming a macho-muscle girl, but using weights will strengthen your core SO MUCH. Last thought: when you are doing your cardio, ALWAYS be thinking about keeping your core tightened, it's a must for flat abs.

I think dance is GREAT movement for getting your body to slim down - motions that get your core to flex and release are fantastic. Also, integrate some stabilization into your routine, look up some "plank" holds and once you work your way up, use moderate weights (2.5-5 lbs) to challenge the holds. A tighter core is harder to achieve through "fast fire" movements that a lot of people associate with ab workouts. Although they may take longer, the longer you hold your stomach tight during core exercises, those muscles will build endurance = get stronger and firmer.
I had an amazing strength trainer while I was active in college sports - I assure you that if you integrate a mix of cardio, weight training and core (1.5 - 2 hours / day) you will have great results. Keep going girl! Good luck :)

Yes, doing cardio will help you burn off that extra weight. Also, making sure that you are eating healthy will help you lose the weight. Try and eat foods high in protein, lots of veggies and fruits and avoid empty calories in carbs.

I think that riding an exercise bike will help burn belly fat. This is because this is a form of aerobic exercise and with regular aerobic exercise, you can lose accumulated fat.
