Could i still exercise if i haven't had a full balance nourishment for the day?
i've been really busy, and having lack of money been really hindering my weight loss, so i want to know if Ive ate breakfast lunch and dinner but not the balance amount in each. could i still manage to exercise? i wanna try and lose 80 lbs + from now to the end of next year. and i have a treadmill at home. help? advice?
