i have color changing eyes, when i rock green my eyes are really green and when i wear blue they get blueish grey

Black because anything bright goes with black and it pops if its a bright color with black

well i have blue eyes and i'm told a lot that my eyes are really pretty and bright when i wear blue or green shirts...so its simple to say if you want a color to stand out, wear that color

Contrast makes colors stand out. Google the color wheel and on the wheel the colors across from each other will make each other stand out!
