Who likes our 'eat a rainbow' idea to help kids eat healthily ?
We have 10-12 nibble size serves the toddlers can reach and graze on from the frij, plus iced water in no-spill cups. We include tomato, oranges, peaches, gherkin, beetroot, egg, banana cake, cantaloupe, watermelon, beans, sweet peas, cheese slice, carrot, celery, grapes, cucumber, avocado etc a rainbow of "lid" size portions and they love getting a nibble "all by myself".
Sometimes they still want a cordial, juice or cookie but mostly they are not even asked for. Why not set up this for your lil bro, sis or yourself ?
