Head full of a mix of exciting and burdensome thoughts....?
Try sleeping on a lay back sofa chair, or in a cold room with fresh air. Ensure no electronic noise or flicker is going on. Try swimming your head in happy and pleasurable thots before sleep. Would a hot milk w a teaspoon of honey make you dozy ? Would a hot shower before bed help ?
Perhaps get up and do something until a drowsy wave hits then straight to bed Perhaps jot down what you find is mulling in your head, deal with it tomorrow.
It's 6:20 Am here, I've been up all night and morning. Not even sleepy. Too much adrenaline from feeling like I'm on house-arrest probably. Eh, let's wait this one out. >:) -Oh wait, there was that meteor shower I was watching 10:00-3:00 A.M. Maybe that got me all riled up.. :l
