How do i treat this injury in my forearm? read description*
okay, so i take a weight training class, and one of the exercises that i do are curls with a curl bar. i usually have ten pounds on each side of the curl bar, so thats a total of 45 pounds with the bar... the last several times that i have tried to curl, my left forearm has started to hurt midway through the exercise... it feels like a sharp stabbing pain through my wrist and down the bone of my forearm. why is this happening? i havent hurt my forearm recently, nor have i ever broke it.
