What does the saying "too smart for your own good" mean?
You think you know it all.

Using your knowledge for the wrong reosons.--[[We are on strike!
You are assuming that your know everything but you really don't.
Your a know it all. Some people are by nature, to smart for there own good, but they just need to make sure they aren't showing off
Sometimes ... it means you have "book smarts", but no "street smarts".
It means whoever told you that couldn't think of something else to say other than a cliche' when you said or did something smart.
