Why do we act surprised about something the Word Of God ( Bible ) foretold will happen in the last days.
2 Timothy 3:1-9
1 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! 6 For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, 7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 8 Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith; 9 but they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all, as theirs also was.

Many are triggered by what the rampager sees as unfair treatment or ignoring of their heartfelt concerns. Sometimes the rage is over perceived violations against their loved ones.
This is called the 'loss of the assumptive world" where the person cannot reconcile what they thought was fair has not turned out to be reality from their point of view.
its always and end point concern of bullying that either side may take devastating action to eliminate the other. Here there may be misinformation, misunderstanding or "3rd party rage'. Perhaps a child of one of the teachers was in the class.
That said, how could any human lose it so bad as to shoot a toddler sitting defenceless in their seat trying to learn stuff.
USA needs to look at Australia's gun laws, we have a much lower murder rate, though we have had a horror shooting event in Tasmania
It's so sad that people can be so deluded as to think that a shooting like this will somehow ease whatever problem they have. I see no reason for any private citizen to need automatic weapons! More gun control, please!

"The whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one." (1John 5:19) Do you find that statement startling? Many do. They think of sincere people who get involved in government because they want to make the world a better, safer place. Try as they might, though, even the most sincere rulers cannot overcome the influence of the one whom Jesus called 'the ruler of this world.' (John 12:31; 14:30)
