I am home alone and i want to make dinner. I have no idea what is easy to make. I want something full of protein that will fill me up.

Pancakes, french toast, chicken nuggets if you have a deep fryer, steak, burgers, a hotdog. surely you can make at least one of these

Scrambled eggs and ham (or some other luncheon meat) where you can eat it as a scramble or as a sandwich on toast with some pineapple (or cut fruit) and a tall glass of milk.
