What the heck is happening? (Please read the description)

I am trying to change my profile picture on my Ask.com profile, but every time I try to upload a picture, it says ASK IS DOWN FOR A LITTLE FIXER UPPER but I've been trying for at least two weeks. has this happened to you? Is this normal? What should I do?

Well I don't think anything is wrong because whenever I go to a question, my activity doesn't doesn't load until I go back to Browse so I don't think anything is wrong. But then again there could be something wrong with your ask account..

oh thanks. sorry bout that in my profile....it was kinda a stupid thing to say. but i've been getting lots of compliments. I like yours a lot. blue hair. pretty niiiice. lols haha
