In order to reset a forgotten password, take your web browser to www.ask.com and click "Sign In" which is located in the upper right corner of the page. From there you can ask for a password reset via the email account you have registered with at Ask.com.
When viewing the Sign In box, click "I've forgotten my password;" then enter the email address you registered with and click 'Reset Password'. An email will be sent to you containing a link to the password reset page. If you don't receive this email, check your spam folder and settings to make sure you allow emails from Ask.com; also, be sure you registered your account with a valid email address.
Note: Mobile app users must also use a web browser and the above method to reset a password.
