Get a good song, a happy song, and cry, at the beginning you will cry of sadness, but as the song goes on you will start feeling relaxed and cry of hapiness. So let it all out, and after that go take a good bath then a small 20 minute nap. When trying to take the nap think about what you will be doing after you wake up, think about something fun. And smile, even when the moment is bad, always smile.
Sometimes if you let yourself cry you will feel better. You let the negative energy out and things will feel better. As for not having a reason to, I bet you do. If you have had the news on at all it is almost all about the shooting yesterday, and that can take a toll on anyone.
