Loud music is known to cause your ear drum to vibrate rapidly. It makes the hair in your ears to lay down instead of standing up straight. The best thing would be to see a doctor and advise on what's best to do.

The doctor probably can't heal you, but should be able to determine whether you've suffered permanent hearing loss. Most of your hearing loss is probably temporary, but some may not be. Take ear plugs with you when you head to your next concert, and don't get too close to the speakers.

I doubt your ear tissues are damaged

I once lost most of my hearing in my left ear at a concert. Took 3 days before I could hear normal again. It would be painful if it was bad damage. If your hearing gets better each day it should continue to improve. But if it does not get better each day, get to a Doctor soon. Eardrum damage can be bad if it went that far. But since you do not complain of horrid pain and mostly hearing loss as the issue... you should be ok. Faster if you avoid sound as much as possible for a few days. Ears can heal themselves but give them a break and from now on take ear plugs to concerts. It is more likely to happen again if you don't give your ears a break and take future precautions to prevent it happening again.

Loud music is perversion just like porn and drugs, you seem to have some concerns about it so there might be time for you to get out of the whole scene, otherwise if you dont get out now you'll be just like millions around the world with the idea that loud screaming artists are ok. Do yourself a favor and really listen to that loud crap, do you really want that garbage to control your life?
