Is it safe to replace lunch with a protein shake along with some carbs.. and also taking a protein shake after my workout
i have a big question.. i want to make sure im getting enough protein in my diet daily.. i know i get enough carbs.. i always take about 35g of protein after my workout. but for the morning i eat Straight oatmeal.. (no time to cook eggs) and im never hungry when i wake up. so i throw down oatmeal.. and for lunch itl be shitty school food... would it be safe to replace lunch with a protein shake..with some carbs?.. and still have a protein shake after my workout which is during th evening?
and of course i eat late dinner. and another thing would it be safe to consume another protein shake with my oatmeal?.. so im taking 3 protein shakes a day? i weigh 136lbs. or name me some easy/ protein foods i can prepare fast and easy to take with me?
