Please explain why their was one failed attempt at a shoe bomb and we all take off our shoes at the airport -- and their have been thirty

one school shootings since Columbine and no change in the regulation of guns

What about the Oklahoma federal building was that not a bomb. Want about the twin towers bombing. It seams the unibomber was blowing up something . How about the abortion clinic here in my home town. When a bomb goes off it stands a chance to kill hundreds if not thousands. There's a little bit of difference. A gun on the other hand can be a usefull tool if it is owned by a law abiding citizen. In detouring crime and self preservation .

In 1927 there was a school bombing that killed 45 and injured 50. in Michigan . Bath school.

Guns don't need to be regulated. The schools need armed security.

Guns are regulated but school security will be very much examined and ramped up soon . Parents will demand it.

Exactly. My old high school had and security. In fact all of my old schools did. And I lie on a border town.

We wear shoes on the planes we aren't allowed to wear guns on planes.
We aren't allowed to wear guns in schools either, but the gates to schools are too flimsily guarded. It would only take one gun to enter a school for a major problem .
How would gun regulation help short of total confiscation even if possible?

This is not a gun issue. It is a failure of our mental health policies. This man was diagnosed with mental illness many years earlier. There was no intervention on his behalf which would have prevented this tragedy.

Guns dont kill people, criminals do.
They also dont follow the law so what good is gun regulation?! THEY NEED TO STOP SLAPPING KILLERS ON THE WRIST AND PUNISH THEM, stop making excuses for them !
