Do teacup dogs have shorter life span?
Dog size has much to do with aging. The larger the dog, the less of a lifespan they normally have. Certain breeds live shorter lives, in general, such as the Labrador.
A teacup dog usually has 14-18 years of life. But they are very sensitive. So that may have a large impact on how long they live.(:
I have a 6 pound poodle. She's 15 and has absolutely no health problems whatsoever.
No, actually the larger the dog the shorter the life span. Big dogs like great Danes live 7-9 years, small dogs like chihuahuas live 12-18 years.
